We are delighted to welcome to DANIEL SMITH's Seattle Store Philippine Watercolor Master Dino Dante Pajao. Dino Dante Kangleon Pajao was born in Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines. He is an Architect by profession in Philippines and currently works in a landscape architecture design firm in Singapore. He is a professional watercolour artist and shows mastery in realism, painting Portraits and Figures, Still Life, Landscape and Seascapes. He has done commissioned works both in Singapore and Philippines. He is an active member of the Singapore Watercolour Society (SWS) and participated in its annual painting exhibitions from year 2009 to present and a committee member of the SWS Year 2015 to present. He is also a member of  the International Watercolour Society (IWS) both in Singapore and Philippines.

In 2015, his piece “Cross-over” got accepted into the Northwest Watercolour Society’s (NWWS) 75th International Open Juried Exhibition in Seattle, WA USA. He is also one of the SWS artists to paint historical landmarks of Singapore which were featured in Lianhe Zaobao and exhibited last December 2015 in conjunction with SG50. He has also participated in the “Scenes of Singapore” Watercolour Exhibition in Vietnam last November 2015.

This year, Deno has been selected along with 29 other members of the Singapore Watercolour Society to paint sceneries of Singapore Port. The watercolour paintings form part of the “Memoirs of Singapore Port” Exhibition which runs from 9 to 22 April at The Visual Art Centre 10 Penang Road #01-02 Dhoby Ghaut Green Singapore 238469.

Dino is a permanent resident in Singapore.
